ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Data Controller
This clarification text has been prepared by SALT KREATİF REKLAM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as “SALT KREATİF”) in its capacity as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Personal data collected and processed by SALT KREATİF are under our company’s protection. Our company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the secure storage of personal data and its processing in accordance with the law.
1. WHAT ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The categories of personal data that may be processed by SALT KREATİF are as follows:
Identity Information: Name, surname, T.R. identity number, place and date of birth, signature declaration/circular.
Contact Information: Address, phone number, email address.
Customer Transaction Information: Request and complaint information, order/service usage information, invoice and payment information.
Visual and Audio Records: Call center call recordings, camera recordings related to physical venue security.
2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are processed within the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the following purposes:
Execution of advertising, marketing, and communication activities.
Follow-up of contract processes and provision of products/services.
Planning of customer relationship management and technical support processes.
Determination of our company’s commercial and business strategies.
Fulfillment of legal obligations and meeting the requests of official institutions.
3. PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED
In line with the realization of the purposes mentioned above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
4. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are collected through channels such as our website (saltajans.com.tr), email, physical forms, telephone, or face-to-face interviews. This data is processed based on legal grounds such as the establishment or performance of a contract, the legal obligation of the data controller, or legitimate interests.
5. YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER
Under the Law, you have the following rights:
To learn whether your personal data is processed.
To request information if it has been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.
To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad.
To request correction if it is incompletely or incorrectly processed.
To request its deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the Law.
To demand compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
