Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This privacy notice has been prepared by SALT KREATİF REKLAM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (referred to in this notice as “SALT KREATİF”), in its capacity as data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Personal data collected and processed by SALT KREATİF are under the protection of our company. Our company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that personal data are stored securely and processed lawfully.

1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

The categories of personal data that may be processed by SALT KREATİF are as follows:

  • Identity Data

    Name, surname, Turkish Republic identity number, place and date of birth, signature declaration/signature circular.

  • Contact Data

    Address, telephone number, e-mail address.

  • Customer Transaction Data

    Request and complaint information, order/service usage information, invoice and payment information.

  • Visual and Audio Recordings

    Call centre call recordings, camera recordings relating to the security of physical premises.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes, within the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

  • Carrying out advertising, marketing and communication activities.

  • Monitoring contractual processes and providing products/services.

  • Managing customer relations and planning technical support processes.

  • Determining our company’s commercial and business strategies.

  • Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from public authorities.

3. PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

For the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, our suppliers, legally authorised public institutions and private persons, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

4. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

Your personal data are collected through channels such as our website (saltajans.com.tr), e-mail, physical forms, telephone or face-to-face meetings. These data are processed on legal grounds such as the establishment or performance of a contract, the legal obligation of the data controller or the legitimate interests of the data controller.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT (Article 11)

Under the Law, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data are being processed.

  • To request information about the processing, if your personal data have been processed.

  • To learn the purpose of the processing and whether your personal data are used in accordance with that purpose.

  • To know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom your personal data are transferred.

  • To request rectification of your personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurately processed.

  • To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the Law.

  • To claim compensation for damage if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.
